Irresistible Philly cheesesteak and cheesy breadsticks combined! A fun, easy recipe perfect for parties or a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
8 ounces provolone cheese, thinly sliced
1 pound pizza dough
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Sauté steak in olive oil until browned. Set aside.
3. Sauté onions and peppers until softened.
4. Combine steak, vegetables, and seasonings.
5. Roll out pizza dough and spread filling evenly.
6. Roll up tightly and slice into 1-inch thick breadsticks.
7. Place on baking sheet, brush with butter, and sprinkle with cheese.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
Use store-bought or homemade dough. Try different cheeses or add mushrooms/jalapeños to the filling. Serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or cheese sauce.
