Ingredients
* 1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter
* 1 ¾ cups sugar
* 3 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* ½ teaspoon baking soda
* ¾ cup milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour mini bundt pan.
2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
3. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined.
4. Fill mini bundt pan cavities about ⅔ full.
5. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
