Ingredients

4 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough, whole wheat, or white)
4 slices bacon, cooked crispy
2 large eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup sliced tomato
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispness.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
3. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on one side of each slice of toast.
