* 1 cup Greek Yogurt
* 1/4 cup Softened Butter
* 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
* 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
* 1 cup Powdered Sugar
* Milk or Cream Cheese (as needed for icing)
Instructions
5. Preparation Instructions:
1. Mix flour and yogurt until a dough forms. Knead briefly.
2. Roll dough into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
3. Spread with butter, then brown sugar and cinnamon.
4. Roll tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch thick rolls.
5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. If using an air fryer, bake at 320°F (160°C) for 8-10 minutes.
6. Whisk powdered sugar with milk or cream cheese for icing (optional).
7. Drizzle icing over cooled rolls and serve.
Notes
If you don’t have self-rising flour, use all-purpose flour and add baking powder and salt. For air frying, adjust baking time as needed.
