Tender steak bites in garlic butter sauce served over creamy mashed potatoes. A quick & easy 30-minute meal.
Ingredients
4. Ingredient List:
1 lb Beef Sirloin Steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 tbsp Butter
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Beef Broth
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 large Russet Potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup Milk
2 tbsp Sour Cream
Instructions
5. Preparation Instructions:
1. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Return steak bites to the skillet and cook until desired doneness.
5. While steak is cooking, boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with milk and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve steak bites over mashed potatoes.
